In July 2011 Brett Lohn was given unprecedented access, as an artist, to Goodwood Racecourse, during Glorious Goodwood. This painting of Frankel forms part of a series of works Brett produced as a result of seeing this legendary racehorse making history, first hand.
In this painting we see how effortlessly Frankel covered the ground. By replacing a conventional background with a textured wash, Brett sought to accentuate the beauty and power that Frankel displayed when racing.
Frankel needs little introduction as one of the greatest racehorses that ever lived. This beautiful, hand signed limited edition print allows the chance to celebrate an outstanding champion as a conversation piece in your own home.
