This fine art greeting card features the third painting in the Tuiscint series of narrative artworks. It takes place on the North East coast of Ireland.
In this fine art card we are introduced for the first time to a male figure who seems oblivious to the storm behind him, as the sun sets against a menacing sky. The man has turned his back to the land and carries a heavy burden in his hands. It appears as if he has chosen to pick up one of many stones that lie at his feet. His eyes seem fixed on the past as he tries to make sense of what he is carrying. Yet he stands beside a symbol of hope and there is shelter behind him. All he needs do is change the direction of his gaze.
All six narrative paintings from the Tuiscint Collection have been published as fine art greeting cards that are avialable exclusively from this website.
Available in two sizes:
7 x 5 inches (177 x 127mm)
A5 (8.25 x 6 inches approx. 150 x 210mm)
